- Device identifier (hashed for privacy)

Blockchain Information:
- Transaction data (publicly available on the Telestai blockchain)
- Wallet addresses (publicly visible on blockchain)
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do NOT collect:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)

- Browsing history or search queries

3.1 Local Storage
Sensitive Data (Stored Locally Only):
- Private Keys: Encrypted and stored in iOS Keychain or Android Keystore (never transmitted)
- Mnemonic Phrases: Encrypted and stored in iOS Keychain or Android Keystore (never transmitted)
- Wallet Addresses: Stored locally on your device
Profile Data:
- Display names and profile images stored in App Groups (shared between Zeroa and LASKO on the same device)
- Data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers
3.2 Remote Storage
Anonymized Logs:
- Error logs and diagnostic information are sent to our servers at
halo.telestai.io
- Logs are anonymized and do not contain:
- Private keys or full mnemonic phrases
- Full wallet addresses (only first 10 characters)
- Personal identifying information
- Logs are retained for up to 7 days for debugging purposes
Blockchain Data:
- Transaction data is stored on the public Telestai blockchain
- This data is immutable and publicly accessible by design
- We do not control or store this data on our servers
3.3 Data Retention
- Local Data: Retained on your device until you delete the Apps or clear app data
- Remote Logs: Automatically deleted after 7 days
- Blockchain Data: Permanently stored on the blockchain (cannot be deleted)
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
4.1 We Do NOT Sell Your Data
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
4.2 Sharing Between Apps
App Groups:
- Zeroa and LASKO share profile information (display name, profile image) through iOS App Groups or Android SharedPreferences
- This sharing occurs only on your device and is not transmitted externally
- You can control this by managing profile settings in either app
4.3 Service Providers
We use the following third-party services:
Halo Indexer API (halo.telestai.io):
- Provides blockchain indexing and API services
- Receives anonymized error logs for debugging
- Does not receive private keys, mnemonics, or full wallet addresses
Blockchain Network:
- Telestai blockchain network (public, decentralized)
- Blockchain explorer services (e.g.,
telestai.cryptoscope.io)
- Transaction data is publicly visible on the blockchain
4.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to:
- Protect our rights, property, or safety
- Prevent fraud or security threats
- Comply with legal obligations
5. Your Rights and Choices
5.1 Access and Control
You have the right to:
- Access your data stored locally on your device
- Delete your local data by uninstalling the Apps or clearing app data
- Control profile information through app settings
- Export your wallet using your mnemonic phrase
5.2 Data Deletion
To delete your data:
- Local Data: Uninstall the Apps or clear app data in device settings
- Profile Information: Delete profile data through app settings
- Blockchain Data: Cannot be deleted (blockchain is immutable)
Note: Deleting the Apps will remove all locally stored data, including private keys and mnemonics. Ensure you have backed up your mnemonic phrase before deletion, as we cannot recover lost wallets.
5.3 Opt-Out Options
- Error Logging: Contact us to opt out of remote error logging (may impact our ability to fix bugs)
- Profile Information: You can choose not to provide optional profile information
6. Security Measures
6.1 Encryption
- Private Keys: Encrypted using iOS Keychain or Android Keystore (hardware-backed when available)
- Local Storage: Sensitive data encrypted at rest
- Network Communication: All API communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption

- Device-Level Security: Private keys never leave your device unencrypted
- No Server-Side Storage: We do not store private keys or mnemonics on our servers
